"RECONSTRUCTION" EXHIBITION INVITATION CARD "HEART & SOUL", 1995

ractice Vol.8", the 8th serial exhibition presents Masashi Iwasaki by combining 10 of his old pieces and a series of the latest ones to reconstruct his creation world. The selectors of the old ones are, as well as the creator himself, the artists, designers and researchers who are all close to the gallery and acquainted with computer and modern media.

Every work is accompanied by the selector's comment on the relationship of technology and art - its inevitability, its estimation, its resignation and its rosy future for example. During the exhibition, panel discussions and round-table talks will be held.

“新たな構成” 展覧会案内状 “ハート・アンド・ソウル” ，1995

続企画展「プラクティス」第8回は、岩崎正嗣氏の旧作約10点と最新作を組み合わせ、新たな構成を試みます。旧作を選択するのは、岩崎氏や当ギャラリーと身近なアーティストやデザイナー、研究者など、コンピュータ及び現代のメディアと親密な関係を持つ方々です。

　テクノロジーとアートとの関係について、例えばその必然性・見極め・あきらめ・あるいはバラ色の未来など、作品の選択者のコメントとともに岩崎作品を展示します。会期中には、本展関係者を中心に座談会も行います。
